Dear Mr Brewer, I would like to highlight my case. I was suppose to receive a courier from Tawau on Thursday.they apparently chenged it to self collect in KKIP even when it was not requested. After complaining they said that it will be delivered. On Friday 28 Apr, the notificationsaid that the delivery was unsuccessful. This was a pure made up story. We check the CCT. And there was no delivery van between 8am to 7pm that day we also gave 3 different numbers in case they can't get through the number given. Okay on that day there 7 adults including a maid in the class and there is a doorbell at the main entrance. This is not the first time it has happened. Some days we would tell the delivery man to Just leave it in the mailbox and they c Would just throw it in the garage. I have swept thses incidences under the carpet. Not this time. I want a delivery of my courier even if it is on a Sunday and I would like to get a personal apology from the delivery man in charge on Friday on making up a story that he came when he never did. Hoping for a reply from you. I hope.

The customer services are actually good and the receptionists are nice as well. The location itself makes it convenient to those who are living within the area. Keep up the good services. Edit: I made a mistake recently on the printing size for the return label (Shopee) but the staff are kind enough to fix it for me. Thank you very much.

Unsuccessful delivery. You don't even call the owner if the stated address refuse to receive the items. What is the use of the phone number? Too way bad services if compare to j&t or even ninjaVan did better. What is your purpose of saying you are open on Saturday, while actually is not! Poor services!

Pos Malaysia tracking system showed that my items had arrived but I waited 1 whole week yet the items were still not delivered to my home. So I went to the Poslaju office to retrieve the items, waited for almost 1 hour for the staff to retrieve the items but the staff said that the items were still "under processing". He asked me to go back again another day when they contact me. This is ridiculous because I paid for the services, I paid for the postman to deliver the items to my home. I had to go to the post office but they were not able to find my items and pass to me. This is the worst Poslaju ever.
