Tracking update almost none, not useful at all. Not every drop point have status update. KL to Miri, only have Shah Alam and Miri update 👍🏼 Better to avoid this courier service for sending your valuable parcels.

Call their customer service for an hour, no one answering. Call Miri branch, no one pick up. Whatsapp the person in charge (number found on main website), no reply. Send email, no one reply. 7 days no update since "in transit to Shah Alam". Facebook page also dont have.
