I dont know wether the problem is comes from the company or the courier boy..but my parcel keep moved to the next location for a few days whereas my parcel should arrive early than the estimated time but when i wait till the estimate time my parcel still not arrive..how many days do you guys want it for sending customer’s parcel…haiyaaa

Very bad service from the dispatcher. Rude. Shouting at owner because owner didn’t want to open up the gate while the owner already being at the gate to pick up the parcel. Forcing the owner to open up the gate multiple times even though the owner insisted. That was harassment. Throwing the parcel outside the gate because the owner didn’t want to open up the gate while the owner was there. Who taught you to be rude to people? That was pure rude when the owner was there but you threw their parcel outside like the owner didn’t exist. What a psycho

the delivery person really just redah air with their car to get to my house, i just wanna give 5 stars for this person but idk how. i did planned if there are delivery, they wont have to redah air but they didnt call me first. so theres nothing i could do about it. good job delivery man even tho you might not going to read this. really hope you would call first tho, rasa bersalah terokk ni haha
