3 stars because my parcel on hold for 6 days here..i go collect myself luckily the staffs all very helpful searching my parcel. It was easy to find my parcel is big, but small parcel maybe difficult to find. My suggestion is if your tracking reach this center better go collect yourself unless you dont mind receiving it late.

i wish there’s option to give 0 star. the service is hella awful. my parcel was on hold in their warehouse for about a week, it was then i went to them and they said that they accidentally put in wrong postcode, like what? if i didn’t go there i would know nothing about what happened. i had 3 other parcels that was stuck there and now there is no way to retrieve them. i am beyond furious and i hope no one use j&t anymore
