Lack of professionalism. I was overcharged while sending my parcel. My parcel was only 0.6kg to West Malaysia, and I was being charged RM14.9 which is ridiculous. Normal price rate for WM should be around RM7/8 ringgit. Staff’s bad attitude was clearly shown on face when I was only asking to post my stuff. I believed that the overcharge happened due to my unsatisfied reaction from staff’s attitude. And I wasn’t being asked with my choice of courier whether it is express or anything else, so that the price will be higher. I was being overcharged unreasonably. Please do your staff training properly ABX. I will never use their service anymore. It sucks 😄
