Lack of professionalism. I was overcharged while sending my parcel. My parcel was only 0.6kg to West Malaysia, and I was being charged RM14.9 which is ridiculous. Normal price rate for WM should be around RM7/8 ringgit. Staff’s bad attitude was clearly shown on face when I was only asking to post my stuff. I believed that the overcharge happened due to my unsatisfied reaction from staff’s attitude. And I wasn’t being asked with my choice of courier whether it is express or anything else, so that the price will be higher. I was being overcharged unreasonably. Please do your staff training properly ABX. I will never use their service anymore. It sucks 😄

Bad courier service in Muar if compare to PosLaju, Skynet, GDex... I went to their office to collect my parcel in early Nov 2017 after they have failed to deliver to me for the first time. The office girls (2) took more than 20 min to look for my parcel in the whole office, really, no joking. Wondering what kind of system they have? PosLaju & Skyney will take less than 2 min to perform the same task. The best part is that when the dispatch boy called me to confirm I was not at home, he has spoken to me in a very bad manner. I could feel he was very angry because I was not at home at that moment of time to collect my parcel. But why? They never called me to wait for them in the first place. Same problem in office, one of the office girl was blaming me while searching for my parcel. Normally PosLaju & Skynet will leave a piece of notice or SMS to their customer to notify him/her rather than making call when the respective customer is not at home. But ABX would call to ask you to make own collection without informing you what is the consignment note number. That's why the whole process became very messy. May be they have the system but not being implemented, I have no comment on that.

The driver miss called me in just 1 second. Then I call back. They're not willing to unswer call. Then later they miss call again in 1 second. I Call back still don't unswer....after two days i tracking at abx. They show can't contact me. What abx driver u want to do? U want me go your office to take my parcel then u just say la... driver don't want to do delivery pls go back home to sleep. I go office take myself
