Items stolen in transit with no update to it...max claim is only rm100 ( lost item value rm300) as per t&c but was not told when item sent over counter . Till today no update from one Miss Ng of jt express😡😡😡

Too bad... call 2time also send my parcel out, never to help me stop the parcel, same area aslo no stop the parcel, call customer service say ok will help me stop the parcel, but also send to out to selangor & send to customer, so why need to customer services?
