Saying bad weather..even if it's not bad weather they're updating it saying it's a bad weather and suddenly they said..parcel being prepared..idk...like how long you guys gonna hold the parcel...veryyyy teruk and disappointed

Not recommended. Worst service ever seen. Very disappointed, it took 5 days to reach the destination, Batu Gajah to Tapah. Selfpick up. No more using J&T.
