Poor performance. Hold my parcel for days with an excuse of bad weather. Cuaca punya panas kejadah bad weather. I go there today, i wait for hours but no one come to attend. There’s other customer also waiting but much longer than me. Still no one come. Seriously what is wrong with u guys? Make people wait for hours, with no excuse or without attending, or even ask them what they want. Please online seller especially for Shopee, please don’t use J&T as your courrier. Courrier yang paling teruk aku pernah pakai.

[self-collect] Queued for nearly 3 hours, then suddenly said need to close at 4.30pm. Should have said earlier and ask people to write their details. Waste customers' time,energy and money for nothing. Also, prioritize someone they know who come later, but got the parcel when others who come hours earlier need to go home and come again the next day. What is this behavior?! Pity to the shorthanded staff but the process was also not systematic at all.
