Don't know where they deliver to, system shows delivered completed. but i didnt received the parcel. Try to avoid this courier company. Customer service is bad. no one pick up phone. even their website live agent also MIA halfway in chat.. Updated: no one pick up call or call back, I find the parcel by myself, ends up I found my parcel left on wall beside neighbour's house gate. My neighbour is not at home! They just left it outside unattended. What if the parcel took away by others?

Very bad service. Menyusahkan customer. Better cut the deal with shopee , let other courier take the responsibility. Sangat slow and not reliable.

so bad ! i really mad with the deliver..he like a someone who not learn politee...so rude..the cost of deliver so expensive..but i also must take it on my own at the their office..what can i say,more better i dont need pay for the delivery if they could not send my parcel..HATE TOTAL 100% !!
