Very bad services. Like to hold the parcel for days and even walk in to self-collect also cannot. If you cannot deliver it, at least open up option for customer to walk-in for self-collect. Extend your warehouse to 10pm la. Think and work like the Chinese la if want to become developed country. If no, forever we be third world country.

Very bad service, parcel still there and not yet received. Delivery man keep posting fake updates to tracking number like: -Customer requests delivery at another time -Recipient/Sender rejected the parcel -Receiver does not want to accept the parcel Now the status update is "Return" which probably means the parcel is going back to the supplier. I can conclude there has been no attempt to deliver the parcel.

Worst courier ever. They don't deserve even a single star. Mu package has been not delivered way past due date but they keep updating delivery unsuccessful without even calling me and checking. All my address and details are correct too.
