Out for delivery at 10 am,eagerly wait but simply reschedule? U only got one job also cant do properly. Even jnt got so many more parcels and deliver at very later time also can manage to deliver on the same day. What is gdex doing? Not even contact me to tell about it. Very bad service, they just do whatever they want and dont care about customer satisfaction

Very very very bad service, customer service answering your calls with very unprofessional attitude and tone.. Very disappointed! A lot could be improved.. Please take note..

I am really sorry, I never complain on google review but this time I need to say something. Gdex should train one of their front desk receptionist to try not to be rude to customers. Customers never know your policies but you can talk to them nicely.
