I called in earlier expected to get my parcel right away. When arrived not only my parcel is not there but the staff informed me that they’re are still looking for my parcel since I called and it has been almost 2 hours!The reason being is because there are a lot of stuff hence they’re having trouble to find it. Gdex need to come out with a proper system or storage for their own good and reputation. Gave 3 stars since the staff apologise otherwise i would give 2.

Worst service..when ask for plastic envelope, they say only can give 2 pieces only.. because my account not register at raub, register at mentakab..it is gdex sop?

Service is good. Love their tracking system etc. Will continue to use Gdex.
