I wait my courier more than 10 days but still no receive...then i request consignment number from the sender, i found courier already reach the Muar Branch 7 days ago. And it remark “delivery attempted and left a delivery arrangement notice”. But i didn't receive any delivery arrangement notice until today. Then i call them many times but nobody pick up. Really famous “Pos Lambat”

I was waiting for my parcel for days and it was on hold for three or four days I DONT KNOW WHY and then today they attempt to made the delivery. Was waiting all day. Several delivery man came to my house area but NONE of them had my parcel or come to my house. Now, i check the tracking, it said that they made an attempt but I was not home and ask me to pick up by myself. I was so angry I couldn't held back. This is the last time Im using this service. When I was in Seremban, the service provided was excellent. I guess it depends on your area. Im sorry but this area probably the worst Ive ever experienced. About my parcel, I just let it go whether they wanted to send it because I wont pick it by myself. I have no transportation nor the time for it.

My parcel said delivery at muar pos office but never never delivery at my home area, why??, and I always call the number but not people will pickup the phone, why?? Very very bad service for this pos laju area, we paid them and their taken our money and not do service for our why??
