All staffs' attitude at here are lazy, irresponsible & slow. We go self collect, there is a Malay guy who able to speak Chinese, first he told us to leave & wait another day for reattempt. We said urgent use (the parcel shown "out for delivery" but failed to deliverd for 2 days already) & he replied "you wait until I finish makan loh" in very arrogant attitude. Why hire all these kind of people?

Hi Just Wanna Share My Experience Today..After I go to JNT Tiong emas as stated on JNT tracking information I talked to the office worker and she said I have to go to Plentong..and I did go to JNT Express Plentong JHR 301 branch..after I reached there I manage to talk to the women on desk and I asked for her help..maybe she can help me so I can just pick up my parcel that is on hold since yesterday...I talked very nice and the women suddenly gone and then one indian guy worker I think it's higher position talk to me like gangster and make a scare to me as a customer and even threathened me that he's gonna report me to a police station...I said why you are gonna report me? I'm the one should report you because you are the one harrasing me..very bad attitude.luckily there's one malay guy explain to me nicely that is supposed to be doing by all human while working...especially if the customer is asking nicely...I do understand the malay guy has told me that the pick up time is 3 to 6 pm although it's not stated on this website...but the indian guy who I encounter has really far from being good worker...he uses his big body to scare customer but it doesn't affect me..I get angry because on the way he talks..this kind of worker does not deserve to work on this kind of job..very bad attitude...talk and showing off harrasing customer like gangster is a very big mistake while working...

This J&T branch doesn't even deserve for 1 star. Parcels & courier not deliver to customers after receiving this branch even after long period of time. Just remark mention as Bad weather, under investigation,etc. Why running business like this???? Many peoples suffering because of their irresponsibility

This j&t always problem.Hold parcel and fake up tracking status , when come to pick up also cannot. Worst service ever.
