Super Slow Delivery Services. Called to Service Center but Operator said not much parcel, so they wait more parcel to do the delivery trip. Yucks!!! Customers will not wait like this. Then I said I will go Warehouse to take the item, Operator said closed already but 12.30pm is not closing time yet.

A parcel from Kuching to Kuala Lumpur after 7 days still havent reached the recipient. When I check tracking, parcel already arrived KL the following day but never sent although it eas out for delivery once. After that, it was left in office for few days until I called today. You have to be real patient when you call as it may be a good half hour before someone picks up your phone. Then my parcel became 'tracing' and 'route scan'.I have yet to receive the parcel. Service is really getting worse as my parcel use to arrive in 2 days(same destination) I changed to Abx from Poslaju which takes about 5 days but this is really my last time using ABX

Why they like to keep the parcel but not making delivery, keep for 4-5 working day then just delivery, sigh!

The delivery is always too slow. Everytime the parcel arrived here, they will keep it for a few days before making delivery again.

Why the service quality getting worse day by day? Last time fast, efficient, parcel delivered in good manner. Now slow & parcel tends to get damaged.
