This is the worst J&T Branch ever (I don't hate using J&T but not to this branch). Dropped off few parcels at this branch in the afternoon around 2pm, and normally like all the couriers will scan in the same day. However, the parcels are not scanned until the next day 4pm (26 hours). Anyway, i am not an unreasonable person, but this issue happened not once, not twice but 5th time (everytime) in a month. To all shopee seller, if you wish to keep your ship out rate high, kindly please avoid this branch, as this branch will cause your order "risk of late shipment". Hence, i approached the staff and told her it's been more than 24 hours the parcel's are not scanned please help, she replied "okok will scan later" with insincere attitude.

The most prompt and best JNT droppoint service with helpful supervisor & friendly admin staff. My parcel reached before time, thanks to their punctual and speedy service. I'd always refer them for hassle free courier delivery service experience. Keep it up JNT Palm Grove.

Terrible Service, Incompetent Staff, My Parcel is stuck with them for more than two weeks and there is no update of status from them. Call their branch office but there's no one answering the call. WOrd of Advice, I have never use J&T service before this, but it has already give me a bad impression. There is more problem than their so called "customer Service" when using their service. Stay Away From them
