Had a bad experience with J&T CDC 301! I went to this place for more than 5 times in 3 days still couldn’t able to collect my parcel. For those who is going to collect your parcel I suggest you to write down your name, hp number and tracking number for them.

Aduhhh tolonnnnnnnnnggggggggggg lah J&T.... Please improve your service!!! I can't believe every time my item ship using your service, I have to wait weeks after weeks and it is always sitting at the same sorting centre for days and even weeks!!! Keep getting excuses claiming that y'all have insufficient staff to handle the deliveries.... If that is the case, why let the problem prolong and why can't you guys solve it???? and if you cannot solve it, why can't you guys set up a team to allow customers to call in AND ANSWER THEIR CALLS OR INQUIRIES and let them know the exact location of the parcel so they can collect it themselves? When i was there at your centre, everyone was scolding your staff and one of your staff even slam the sliding door on a lady when she was asking for her parcel... I really hope Shopee don't use your service anymore... Good gracious!!

I' d give a minus 5 star rating for J & T Kuching/ Sanarahan. Definitely, the WORST courier service ever. Wondering why this China, Indonesian based company persist to exist here in Malaysia? Even worse, now both Shopee & Lazada are betraying their customers by using this WORST OF THE WORST service.

If you come here to collect stuff be prepared to wait 1-2 hours for one item. Slow working system, and they let friends cut queue if your know them. Still wondering why Kuching ppl use J&T

Dear JNT, if have negative 5 star, i will rate you 1 million negative star, the worse currier service in kuching, so many customers lost their item. I’m waiting here for my item since 8am until 1pm
