Your van passed by and come in my hostel so many times to deliver, yet my parcels are staying overnight. My friend bought later than me and they received it, and we are using the same courier.

I should give 0 rating. J&t hold my parcel since 22/5/2020 due to incomplete address/ phone number but the order comes from shopee bfre this i order takde pun jadi kes ni. Call banyak kali tak angkat then pergi j&t ambil barang. The workers bagi barang i yang terburai without even saying sorry. Macam ni ke you bring the company image? Bila tanya kenapa terburai macam ni jwpn workers ‘ tak tahu lah kak’ still no sorry from him. I think the workers tak bawak image company masa bekerja. J&t should train their workers more. Will not use j&t services again after this.

Bad service. What's the point I'm paying the courier fee if I need to go out and collect the parcel on my own? 3 times attempt failed in this #rmo times? Nonsense. I'm 24hours at my house lol.

This is the most rubbish J&T...my parcel arrived in kuantan on 24/7/20 morning, however still not deliver to me until today (25/7/20). Try to call the office, but not pick up the phone..

Good service by the staff,is closed by 7.30 pm.so its good for those who working nearby that return home at 5pm or 6pm,they can collect their parcel without going far away and in time.
