The parcel I sent to my buyer has been stuck for more than 2 weeks without any update, called numerous times, never pick up the call or line always 'busy', called j&t hotline and they filed a report at 5/8 to j&t Pendang but no response until today. The item is valuable, who will bear the lost. I will not be using j&t from now on if this issue is not resolved.

Since J&T Sg.Petani close due to covid issue, all my parcel was transited at Pendang GW. Until now my parcel still there. Almost a week! Why you hold our parcel like we don't have any rushing matter? Please arranged the shipment all the stuck parcel as soon as possible!!

My parcel had stuck at Pendang transit center since 16/7/2021 and I've been trying to contact the courier but there's no answer. Worst experience with JnT. Why my other parcel whichbpicked later than the stuck one has been delivered. You should be more responsible!

Very fast delivery 1+1 (only to certain area - Elmina, Shah Alam, Kajang ) Efficient service by J&T Kampung Belat and Branch Kampung Kubang Pisang. Unfortunately...bad service this week. Parcel to KL had stuck since 15 July - 1 at KL's drop point and 1 at Pendang transit center
