Worst courier service ever. I was told the shipment will be hold until 28/6/2023 in the email. So I went to collect the parcel today which is 28/6/2023. By the time I'm enquiring my parcel, they just informed me the parcel was returned to sender due to disapproval from HQ? And I wasn't informed while communicating in the email? This is how you handling shipment issues? Asking customer to come and do self collection without any parcel having in the office is the best service you can provide? Really shame of you as a team of GDEX express.

The lousiest courier service ever ! Rude service , if u dont hv any rider pls do not run this kinda of business! Once they cant reach u, or nobody at home, u will need to collect the parcel by your own ! And they will sms you smth like “you dont want your parcel ke?” , then u call back.. whatsapp call kena decline and forever nobody answer the call!

Really bad service the courier said he saw someone in the house who didn't come out to collect. The Thing is the House was EMPTY and I just arrived no call to me or whatsoever. Just the courier citing he saw a ghost or something. What's even more infuriating is that the person on the service hotline named RAMA kept arguing with me saying that it was my fault. And that he believed his courier saw someone in the house. I can't Believe this goggle doesn't even have 0 stars for reviews. Unprofessional attitude and probably the work culture there is as lazy as lazy can be. Furthermore please work faster ok ? Don't be lazy ok ? Try and move those legs and words faster. Talk in a professional manner, be AT LEAST SOMEHWAT PROFICIENT AT YOUR JOB . our society needs less of these people if malaysia is to Improve. Bringing down the good name of Gdex. Edited And once again today they enforced their no call policy despite the number being easily readable

rubbish. I wait for 1 week of my parcel delivery. Everyday said that it can’t contact me because I never answer it. I never received any contact from driver ... There is a big and obvious sign 'courier here' and all the courier will put down the parcel on the table but your hub can't do this. I dont know what happened to you. very bad and my parcel is emergency status to me cause my schoolwork. thank you for let me delay graduate from university😊 and another one, someone call me lastnight and promise me he will delivery in today. funny. nobody reach me and call me today. I am really dont know what is my parcel status now. disappointed
