Unfriendly staf. My parcel arrived there 22/1 till 27/1 still not deliver. When go there at 11.15am, rider said that their office staf still not arrived eventho their working hours at 11am. Trash service!

Don’t deserved any stars! Shipping delayed, staff cannot find my parcel. Went there 3 times, but staff lying said my parcel is on the delivery, but system still pending at the centre. If you cannot operate, please shut down the centre. People pay for your service! Do it properly la!

Bad service and unfriendly staff. Get scolded when asked about status of delivery. Self collect few times but didn't get the parcel. In the end they just reject the parcel back to seller without delivery it.

Bad service from J&T. My parcel still there for almost a week. Went there to pick up the parcel but the staff said ' tunggu call from J&T'. Banyak orang dtg utk pick up parcel tapi staff x layan. Ada dah datang 4 kali tapi masih x dpt parcel. Really bad service...

Worst courier service I've ever encountered. Item was being on hold for the longest time. Called the center but no one answered. Due to urgency, I went over to look for my parcel, guy tried finding it but cannot be found. Ask them for a phone number since the one shown on Google have no response from them at all, got a reply saying: "we don't have land-line here " Mantap bro
