Had to personally go over to collect my parcel that has been stucked there for days. Staffs there are relatively friendly and helpful. I requested them to help search for parcel. It was past their self collect time (1pm-4pm), I reached at 430pm but eventually they called at 7pm+ to informed that they managed to locate my parcel. I went over to collect at 8pm+. I can still see people working there, sorting parcels. Good job...just hope the despatch can try to deliver in time so that we don't have to struggle waiting for our parcels to reach as sometimes things are urgently needed.
