The post office was very very unmaintained. There was no pen nor glue nor water provided at the counter. I saw a lot of people using their saliva to stick the stamp. Damn, in this #covid19 era, please be aware! Please replace those stationary. And even buying one single stamp needs to queue for long time. That's why better get a kiosk or something to ease simple process

First of all. This is not a generalization of all Pejabat pos branch. The reception staff was rude and very sarcastic. Can you reply politely at people? Your parents don't teach you manners is it? A simple tone of voice goes a long way. You're tired because you have to work during PKP is it? Other people don't work is it? RUDE and OBNOXIOUS. If any 'HR representative' from Pos Malaysia are reading this review, do invest a bit time and money to train your staff properly. And another point to add. Don't waste your time calling their office. They won't pick up the call. TRUST ME.

The phone number listed there is just for decoration. They will just hang up on you. Bad service. Avoid Pos Laju if you got better choice.
