I would not give a rate of a 🌟, if it is possible too, in fact of the matter the customer services by the employees of this J&T express branch are the worst ever I had experienced amongst other branches. I hardly think it can be terribly horrific in the future tho. Shame on you guys! There is a sincerely advice from me to the management of this branch of your organisation! And it is, please keep one eyes for the improvement upon the customer services for the employees of this branch, with a decent CS personnel training programmes. So that they can be more friendly, helpful, professionals, do I need to say more how worst it was the experienced me faced? Come one you guys! Please do wake uppppp as this is a business. Genius!

A customer from Miri,Piasau bought thing from me through shoppe. I posted her parcel to j&t airport on 19May, according to the tracking record until now the parcel still at this outlet.(CDC Miri 302). My Sibu customer has received her parcel even though I posted her parcel on 20May. What a joke!

Called and nobody answer the phone. Call the Support line and also not available anymore. Delivery no done but shown as out of business hour. The distance to my office is less than 5 minutes. My parcel already arrived at Boulevard Drop point. on 22/5/21. Until today, 25/5/21 still no delivery.

when i came here to post my parcel, the environment here was calm and systematic. everything went very smoothly. no hustle. no bustle. i like it here😊i recommend this j&t because it is SYSTEMATIC and SMOOTH. 4 stars for j&t boulevard branch👏👏👏👍
