Parcel already arrived their premise since many days but no movement at all. So worry the items will be spoiled if still not sending out. Appreciate if you all can delivery the things as soon as possible, understand alot parcel on hand. Fighting. Thanks. Finally received after few days less than 10days... Hope can improve the speed or outsourced resource to hire more ppl to deliver goods in this peak season.

Terrible service! Nobody picking up the phone! No place to park and people are queuing up till outside the building! Requested for second delivery yet they just ignored the request!

Very unresponsive and could not be trusted. They claimed the premise was out of their coverage area but how could that be when it is a few streets away from their mail sorting facility and they had sent many parcels to the premise before! Extremely angry with the level of service quality!
