Why did we have to pay for the shipping cost if we have to pickup at their office. Reason cannot do delivery because my address is a rural. For your information, nowdays each road have a road name. If you not start from now, till when you gonna use reason "owh, gdex Tak cover area kampung Cik". Frustrated because all of other courier can access my address without my problem.

I sent my parcel to KL on 2/9 afternoon, the next day morning the parcel arrived at the destination. What a shock ! Well done Gdex. Keep on the good work.

Not the best courier service in Tangkak. Items often arrive late or not sent out at all. Most times, its easier for me to go straight to Gdex and pick up my packages there myself. I can see why the delay when I went to their outlet. They usually just sort the packages on the floor without sufficient sorting equipment or space. But they have friendly and helpful staff. Its just unfortunate to see Gdex having to work in such a small space area. I hope they can improve on this weakness.

I always go there to collect my things that already expired to send. Because my place is rural. It's nice to access and easy. I don't mind collect my things if they cannot send it because they treat customer nicely.

All parcels were stocked in the store without sending, and simply update the system said “ unable to locate”.. then parcel forever stuck there!! I urged GDex HQ to take serious action on this branch, they are just irresponsible vendors to hijack GDex goodname!!
