I expectd the good will deliver to the front house but why I need to collect it from the office? Hence, other service is way better since they willingly to send to my house. So disappointed.

All I've seen is one of the Malay lady stuff is not professional at all! I told her me parcel haven't reach the destination after a week. And she told me that my parcel had been sent to the wrong place. All the parcel we posted on 2nd&3rd of Nov had sent to a wrong warehouse. But she refuse to help me to contact and trace back my parcel, she just gave me a hotline and called me to contact by myself. Hello, I paid for it and it was your company mistake and you called me to settle it by myself? What a service, damn irresponsible. Never use POS LAJU in future!

i usually call 4 time, the pos app show my parcel is out of delivery,but i did not see any express delivery person come or pass by, low service , many problem,very slow ,if rain the express delivery can say bye bye to you and he go home to sleep together,you parcel will be send nextday and nextday,i dont he have how many nextday to send my parcel.

I have such a bad experience on using poslaju. It delay my parcel more than half month, and the customer service is badly too. Hence, I wll not use poslaju express again in the future.

from 8 oct until today 10 oct. i belum dapat my parcel. call always engage. raining tak boleh sent out customer punya barang. sistem xupdate. what else? u want me to screenshot everything?
