My parcel was posted on 18 mei and dispatched out from KLIA hub since 19 may. 20 may the parcel is already at the temerloh facility but I didnt get my parcel yet. It has been 5 days and Ive tried to call the customer service for freakin times but no one answered. How many days should I waited for my parcel arrived at my hand? I know you guys are busy with so many parcel due to the pkp and eid but how come parcel that arrived at temerloh took so many days to be send to the customer? Sorry but the service is just so poor.

My parcel status is only at "item picked up" since "30.04.2020", actually my parcel is being ship from Temerloh to W.p Labuan, but this is long enough to wait with no any update!!!!! No progress after that. Try to contact them, but always get no respone! Please improve the service!!!!

Always unsuccessful delivery attemp.. even we have waited for a day with the door open.. cannot call if no one answeres? Thought all worker get mobile allowances for this purpose.. upgrade ur service and ur worker so it can be call "poslaju".. we pay for ur services..
