Service very slow, 2 queue have to wait more than 30minute, there is only 1 COUNTER on duty!!! BRAVO👎🏻

Today I was there to send two mails. One to Germany and another to Singapore. The A4 envelope was heavier but the lady weighed it, calculated and asked me for RM21.90 whereas the small envelope to Singapore they wanted to charge RM33 😵‍💫. The price was quoted because it has cards in it. I explained that they were just name cards but the guy said it will be considered as parcel therefore expensive. 🤦🏽‍♀️ Not only was the price a shock, they don’t even accept card payments. It was disappointing as I didn’t carry lots of cash anymore especially with this pandemic. They should move to cashless. In the end, I didn’t send out the mail to Singapore as I was short on cash. The lady was nice and apologetic but she couldn’t help me as they only accept cash. Come on POS Malaysia, please keep up with the current trends and technology.

I came here this morning (February 27, 2020) to get some variety of Malaysian stamps for a friend's collection. The lady behind the counter was pleasant, and helpful. She showed me all the different types and prices of stamps available, and helped me to choose a good variety mix. Good customer service. Friendly staff.

The man behind the counter was rather moody! I normally would go to the main pos laju hub. But it has quite a long queue today, and this office said all the opposite info to what they can do in pos laju main hub...I am confuse and upset at the "not so interested to serve" attitude. Maybe it's the low sugar level over the fasting month ... *sigh*
