By far this is the best courier service I had used, the staff are very polite and friendly and the delivery service is top tier too. They will actively call you if there's any problem so they'll change the time

My package arrived on 15/11/2019 at this branch but it is not posted yet. Called the office numerous times and nobody answered, in the end my calls were rejected. Emailed one En Izwan at the address provided on their FB Page but the email didn't exist. I have no transport and time to go to their office, hence why I used post service in the first place. So, what now?

my parcel had been thrown by this courier's delivery man. shouldnt choose j&t guys. the management is worse. didnt call or anything. i am so mad right now. what if my parcel contain anything fragile !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! do you want to pay for it ? urghhhh. what a terrible service.

My cny giftset, 6 wooden boxes, well packed and fitted in a carton box. by the time reach KL, all BREAK. Total loses RM280 x 6. and total courier fees RM65. Dear J & T, can you advise me what should i do now?
