Not the type to leave review normally but this j&t really gets me on fire to write this review. Been asking around and I receive same bad feedback from people around me regarding their experience from this hub. The staff is rude and incompetent, especially the Indian lady. Do not try to ask anything if you are not ready to get scolded and judged by their staff. The Indian lady threatens the customer to never step into the stop if they are unhappy with her and she can do whatever she wants since she claims that this shop is her territory. The parcel will only be scanned the next day regardless if you drop the parcel in the morning. Initially, we drop around 2 pm then they told us it was too late for same-day scanning then we tried to drop around 12 pm a few days later, but they still did not scan it on the same day. Different cut-off times according to their mood I guess. I drop at sitiawan j&t around 6 pm and they still scan it on the same day. Avoid this j&t at all costs unless you have no other choice. Another downside is they charge 30cents for printing a return airwaybill. Other j&t did not charge anything when I do return with them. Understand that the boss is trying to cut down the cost of their business but at least write a notice about this or ask your staff to inform customer about this politely, instead of yelling when customer ask about this charges. The previous 5-star review is from the old management. The new boss is managing the store now and sad to say, the service and efficiency sucks
