Recently dropped off 3 Shopee parcels at J&T Bentong Branch, one of them is under ShopeeExpress. As I was unsure that if they could accept it or not, so asked the staff if they can take it. The staff scanned the parcel and said yes. After 2 days, I noticed the parcel was not proceeding while the other 2 parcels are already on their way out for delivery. I tried to call their office number several times, but nobody picked up. No choice, I called to J&T Customer Care Line, but seems like they couldn't do anything either and just asked me to go to the branch to find out what is happening. As I was staying in a rural area, I need a 30mins drive to reach the branch. About an hour later, I received a Whatsapp text from Bentong Branch saying that I have drop off my parcel wrongly at their branch and requested me to come pick up. I explained the situation to them, and luckily they were really helpful and helped me to bring the parcel to a nearby drop off point. Overall, though there were some issues in between the whole process but they helped me resolve the issue very quickly! J&T Bentong Branch, please keep on the good work! 👍👍 But please do pick up the phone 🤣

Hello J&T , My parcels arrived at J&T Bentong 5th January 23 and 8th January 23 but until now my parcel status still outbound .Now 11th January , I still didn't receive my parcel?It's been than 1 week I didn't receive any prcel from J&T . I already call the careline but never pickup my call ? What happened to my parcel actually? Can you answer please? If I can choose my courier's for my parcels sorry to say I never choose this J&T as the courier's. This is the worst jnt branch that I’ve ever dealt with. Dropped off shopee parcel at their branch and it took them MORE THAN 24 HOURS to scan them into the system..called them few times to ask for update but they’re not helpful.. lousy service from their two female staffs. please do something to improve your service.
