Customer service is pretty good. It's just that the logistics delivery is really slow. It took a few days to deliver. This really needs to be reviewed. It is impossible for us to pay the postage and have to go to the shipping station to pick up the package.

I usually meet friendly delivery man, but this time my parcel stuck at there due to i was not at home and didn't answer their call, so they send my parcel to subang jaya hq. I mean why can't the delivery man send the parcel to my neighbours, that should be more convenient right? I didn't mean to reject their calls cuz i m also busy with works, didn't hear anything and they should whatsapp me if they didn't successfully call me. When i m trying to contact with customer service, none of them accept my calls or reply my emails. Waited for a month haven't get my parcel yet. Very disappointed, very worst experience ever.

I just want to ask my parcel because is very urgent parcel , but NO ONE answers the phone at all . If the calling line no staff pick up, better don’t post the phone number at here
