When you drop your parcel for shopee or Lazada, they will charge rm1 included cover and the shipping label. Other J&T won't have extra charge.

One of the most unfriendly courier places I have been to. Workers are not taught proper customer service. Generally J&T has below average customer service, but this takes the cake. Won't be coming here again.
