Please educate your staff to be nice and pick up the calls. My parents and I have called several times, but the staff literally just pick up and HANG UP. Besides, other branch also doing the same thing which is pick up the call and HANG UP. If you don't know what is manners and respect please don't work as service line. Thank you.

Please upgrade the service to be more successful in the future. The staff working inside don't be lazy to pick up the phone. Don't eat a blind salary. Work in aircond already. Don't get too comfortable.
