Incompetent staff- one gave wrong info, one was sleeping. Came to drop off lazada return package but was told it should be dropped of at post laju as the package label provided by Lazada indicated two courier services. The staff refused to take the parcel eventhough we mentioned Lazada said is J&T. We went did go pos laju. The staff said the parcel belongs to J&T due to the barcode. So, we went to another J&T branch nearby. The staff took it after looking at the barcode printed on the label. One person's incompetencies and lack of passion are detrimental to the organization especially if it's customer service related. Please buck up.
