Posted our company’s parcel on 22/12/22. Until january 2023 the parcel not delivered. Before CNY we came to other j&t branch to check the status, they say that the parcel has been returned as they cant find the place. Ok..1) did they call the receiver number if they cant find the place? 2) why didnt they call the sender if they return the parcel? Very dissappointed with j&t service bcoz i never hve any issue with j&t before
