Alhamdulillah..so far, they never failed me. Their cust svc is considered moderate.,The most important thing that matters to me is, how they handle the parcels ,the fast movements , and the arrival of the items within the expected time. From the tracking no, i learned that the parcel is already outside KL/Sel just within a day. Ade la masa masa movements a bit slow, but im talking about KEBIASAANNYA. Uhh .another thing..i think they are closed on Sundays . Overall..Good job J&T Tmn Putra Ampang.

After take over by new owner service are so terrible , don’t even know how to handle VIP account! Dont know how to key in or find details. So unprofessional !! Please train your staff well.

My parcel stuck at hulu langat? Why? I pay the shipping fee is express can deliver within 2days, but now already 5 days, i call customer service from day to night been 3days, still no one pick up! So sucks of the service, until now i dunno my parcel is it gone already or not, if gone, u guys have to pay for me of the amount thats not a cheap things, this is the 1st and the last to use this courier, cannot trusted , no responsibility.
