Extremely poor service and not helpful from this shop. The Indian lady is very irresponsible and claimed that this outlet only receive parcel, and the responsibility when parcel delivery/missing n delay is not their concern and ask me to go after their customer service line. Few parcels has been returned without any reason and she just ask me to repost and pay again the delivery fee. On top of that, the operating hour mentioned on Google is wrong. They only open from 8.30am to 7pm! Even at 6.50pm, the door is already half shut and the lady said they have stopped receive any parcel. Avoid this shop whenever possible.

I was told by an Indian lady staff there that I can't send yoga mat and clothing to Thailand reason because is New item and not used item. Only used item can be send. I don't understand the logic behind it and when I ask for further explanation, she just said this was told by customer service. This is not the first time that J&T has such rediculous reason. I hope to have clarity on this.

Call not answer, Lost my parcel in drop off didn’t scan the barcode , irresponsible at all even the hotline number also SUX , call 3 times to complain in the end no result also !

Yesterday I came and your staff said last walk in is 7.30pm and ask me to come tomorrow. Today I came at 7.23pm. Tell me come again tomorrow. Very bad attitude staff just sitting at the counter shaking leg playing phone. Please educate your staff. Very unhelpful and inconsiderate!! Sometimes it's so jam after work it's so hard to reach there early. The system and everything is still on why not just be kind and help someone?!

this klang jaya jnt was lousy one,all pemalas,same goes to shah alam sek 15 branch..nationwide courier service n pos laju more better than jnt...jnt company please take note,your klang jaya branch was useless..better go n do some audit
