parcel status: delivered. check tapi parcel tak ada. had to go to the office and ask only to find out delivered to alamat lain. bila minta hantar balik, deliveryman says dia cuti so i have to wait until next week to receive it. ended up, kena rumah yang salah tu sendiri. no calls, fake kind of receipent response. cant claim for refund if anything happened.

It's the worst jnt.. I have to pick it up myself.. scan the brg out, but the brg is pending in the store.. I like to keep the brg for too long.. and it's the worst jnt.. it bothers people.. what's the use of courier service if you have to pick it up own brg..
