I did self picked up my parcels a few time here. The staffs are great in finding my parcel which is like less than 24 hr, they would messaged me the parcel was found and i can do self collect by the next day. However, until when should I do self collect? I paid full price of postage which include door to door service. I understand of your lacking of manpower, but i paid full price... Maybe you can do option to do self collect at warehouse and lower the price a bit, not RM8

Parcel was on hold - out of business hour for 9 days. Thankfully the customer service team from KL are responsive enough to my complaints. They've made the report to CDC Pekan Meru and the parcel was on delivery on the next day. While waiting for my parcel to arrive, suddenly the delivery was cancelled due to 'not able to contact receiver' when there's NO sign of phone calls / missed calls from jnt. I have also double checked my phone number. My parcel is still on hold until today without any delivery attempts after the delivery incident. Worse experience ever

Parcel ‘On Hold’ for 13 days and no any updates regarding delivering the parcel, tried many times to reach out jnt platform, but still no respond, and lastly, i ask for seller help and he told me to click the return/refund button 💆🏻‍♀️ 13 days is wasted just like that as i can search for the other option to buy, plus the parcel is urgent and they did dirty like that, thank you very much. I hope your team can improve your services as it getting worst.

the worstttttttt service ever. i still havent received my parcel and ive called but nobody picked up. im so devastatingly disappointed. what's the point of paying postage when they said "dah boleh pickup dah tu"??? im busy hence i chose postage. have been seeing a lot of complaints but none action taken seriously by you guys. now i have to take half day to pickup my parcel. so disappointing, really.
