Lie on customer, update on it's system stating the items was on delivery, however the delivery went from 12 noon until night time (the weather was great thought, not that kind of "bad weather" restrict you from delivering the parcel). My first time to see the "out for delivery" status that takes more than a day, without any reason. Nice moves, thumbs up and applause for you.
