Just now I sent my daily necessities in （gdex icom）counter . my box relatively large and weighs 12kg . then the two girls at the counter kept asking me questions and need i write what in my box anything in paper . i write what in paper what things in my box already and they said that i need to unpack my package afterwards i glued it back . what they said like this？i packed my package to send already！when i sent it form kl to sarawak was not problem . why gdex sarawak was many problems here？i already said what in it and i said before i got send kl form sarawak also can . they said they could”nt post it and had to open my package！at last they said go to other post company！ i want complain they no respect for customer .

Best courier service I ever use, the staff / customer service officer was so helpful. They explain the procedure / risk & also giving an advise in a very detail. I will keep support gdex service!!

Gdex, the poor service ever. I received message for parcel delivery on 28/6/19, wait for whole days didn't see delivery person deliver my parcel. Call him and ask, he said he got 17 parcel to deliver, after that deliver my parcel. And then I wait again, still didn't received my parcel by long time pass. I tries to call him again, his shut down his phone. Wow, awesome, great attitude I will give u this comment. Extremely Poor service. Today is 30/6/19 already, I still didn't receive my parcel and he (the delivery person) didn't want to answer the call. I wonder if this company can last longer or not, because of the great attitude of his delivery team.

Phone can't be contacted, but if the phone rings nobody will answer. Emailed them asking about my package, no reply. Hopeless. Packaged was not sent in 3 weeks. 3 times "Out for delivery" but "Undelivered due to held back in office". Then suddenly "Undelivered due to Stop Delivery Instructed by HQ or Shipper". Slow, can't be trusted. If you want to get your stuffs delivered, better use others. If you're waiting for your stuffs from them, good luck waiting.

I've use gdex service for several year, so far no bad experience from me. The customer service also helpful and do their job great. overall, best courier service ever
