2 staff, guy and lady. Both is impolite and not professional at all. Post item and still have to see his black face and attitude. Ask him to scan after i dropoff, he said just put it there, they will do the job later, go 10+ times, 10+ times same answer. Now 1 parcel had been missing due to this. Good Job pos laju
