My parcel short 1 packet (contain 50pcs)face mask, after notice that we found that bottom of the box had been tear a small hole which able to take out a packet of mask and tape it back then delivered to my dad (the parcel look like never open whn upside down).

Doesnt deliver my parcel but on system put DELIVERED. WHERE IS MY PARCEL!!! Edited : Received my parcel on next day after call them.

Do not get used to the info that the customer's goods are successfully delivered,but in case the customer does not even receive it. Irresponsible and untrustworthy attitude..👎🏻
