Your staff no need to slam the door in front of the customer. Customer is not there to see their temper. Really undertrained mannered staff. No smile, just like customer owed to them. Pity for the employer to have this kind of staff.

Very bad service, the delivery guy failed to deliver my parcel twice. Received a msg from the delivery guy saying the parcel will be delivered on 15.08.2020, my customer kept waiting until the status change to "undelivered due to hold for reattempt date". I called to office but no one answering, then the delivery guy told me he got not enough time to deliver the parcel, and he will deliver on 18.8.2020. And my customer still did not the parcel until today.

Very bad service.. they didn't delivery my parcel.. I always at home but they mentioned me not at home so the delivery was failed.. I call to ofis since 2 days before but no one answer my call.. very2 bad.. give me back my parcel.. 1 week already arrived at bintulu

call gdex for request delivery again with no problem. Sangat cepat than others courier.
