This J&T should just close. All the riders steal packages. Office would not answer call. Staff are very rude and steal parcels. I lost 2 parcels from this J&T. I will make a police report.

aint giving 5stars coz sometimes parcel stucked in Sbh Gateway for more than 5days. & of course back in 2019 one of my parcel half gone. i had to pay seller tho, but not payment.. both me & seller suffered loss. but other than that, its good. although some J&T agents are a bit rude when delivering, but i love to handle rude people 🤣

IDK why Shopee still use J&T. This is my 2nd experience but this time its much more worse. When I track my package, it's already outbound from their hub since 21.04 but now is 29.04. Its already 8days. KK - Tuaran is that far ah? Or is my item got lost? I know J&T had a very bad reputation regarding their staff who 'took' customers' items. Am I their new victim? I'm not accusing on purpose but based on the past, it's not impossible.

You staff got training or not ? Why all of them so rude to customer ? Where do you find all this useless animal as worker ? Not only rude but the level of laziness is beyond this earth, simply request to track parcel take them 30 min, to wait for inbound parcel another 1 hour, you think we customer so free to waste our time here for your worker to accomplised their duty ? Close shop better lah, fulfill simply request also cannot.
