Terrible service.. No one pick up the call kk branch.. Parcel arrived but no sending out.. My tracking no. no updated in system not until i called them where they forgotten to key in from tawau branch.. 🙄 If i no call.. And keep in track.. Probably lost it don't know where.. Not gonna use it again.

Service not good.the customer service and the dispatcher not communicating well.i need to call everyday to remind the staff that i not in home (office hours) and give my office address.yet i don’t received my parcel.
