if you do your work. Do it in a good way. Bukan duduk goyang kaki saja. I did waited for my parcel and its about 5 days. And it still said ‘ unsuccessful delivery attempt -last miles’.Please make improvements to ur company.Where’s my parcel? or i make a report about your company.

i will be really honest, sometimes people get mad of people not getting they're parcel sometimes you have to collect it urself in the end we get our items, so im happy that i have a nearby jnt in my area

Parcel arrived at CDC Kepayan on 25th June,and now already 2nd July...I paid for my shipping and till now no movement from them,not even msg or call....Try calling their office but cant get through,i dont know why they put that number in google....and to make things worse,i went there on 27th June,trying to get my parcel,yet they say line down,cant check parcel numbers,and told me to come back tmrw.....why would i waste another goddam Rm30(Grab) just to go there again?!......😡

Don't bother using J&T your parcel will either A) never arrive or B) they forgot it existed or worse case scenario C) they took the goods and said it's lost.

i paid shipping, not free but when my parcel is at CDC, agent whatsapp asking to pick up myself if not, they return to seller. well go ahead and return. one more thing, ur agent deliver almost 5pm to offices? agent never work is it? some offices close at 4pm and u stated failed delivery. other agent before this no problem, they deliver at office hour, lunch time, or morning..and there is also a box they can "sisip" the parcel lah haiyo.. go ahead and return and take my money.
