Parcel sampai 12/7, eta nk delivery ke rumah 18/7, make sense ke?why take so long to delivery to my house? I went there, almost 25 people waiting to pickup their on parcels BCS JNT DONT DELIVER TO THEIR HOUSE. And the staffs menyorok dlm office. WTH??Can we make report on this really bad service??

Please, if the cod people ,don't want to tell people to pickup Item go get things at jnt, jnt staff why, I don't understand with this j&t😕?!!What are the people pay right? Make sure to tell the seller that the customer is returning the item even though you are the one who returned it!!

I received a txt message from J&T but was not sure that it was genuine. The staff here quickly confirmed it was a scam. Very helpful.

Item was on hold for 3 days. Went here to pick up sendiri, tapi pukul 5 pm dah tutup. Got staff inside, but she let us waited outside like we werent there. Bad service. At least inform us if u were already closed.

One of the great courier service team! Item arrive fast and safely! postage is a bit pricy (for some people) but i do think it is suitable with the amazing service provided. ♥️♥️♥️
